How to get the inquiry.

If this is the first time to do this products,Please let me know me what kind of books you are looking for, we can

send some samples to you for reference.

How to get the samples.

1) If you just know to check the quality,we can offer some similar samples to you to reference.The sample is free

2)If you want to get printed samples with you design.after confirmed the order,we can offer printed sampled to you,the sample is free.

3)If you just want to get printed samples and not sure when you or your client going to make.we also can make samples for you.but we will charge the sample fee.

The sample charge is depend the books you are you to make.

What kind of design files for printing are request?

Please provide us with the Vector AI or CDR design file.If you use the PSD OR JPG file,

Please make sure the picture resolution is higher than 400DP.

To make sure the font is right as well as avoiding the missing of symbol and words,it is

better for you to outline the content.

What is the usual shipping time?

The shipping time is usually 3-5 working days by express or by air,and around

4 weeks by sea.

What is your payment terms?

We accept T/T(Paypal or Escrow,western union),bank transfer,30% deposit before production and

The rest 70% balance paid before the shipping.

What if there is problem wit the products after receiving?

Since printing products always has color deviation,We can not promise to avoid that.

But we can take photos to you before shipping to confirm.

If it is other big mistakes by us during production,we will reprint for you free of charge.
